Maison Bremond’s garlic cream is a thick and smooth condiment made with 50% fresh garlic for the richest intense flavour. The garlic is balanced with lemon juice and salt for a pure flavour typical of the Giono region.  

This garlic cream pairs beautifully with white fish and meat, either as an accompaniment sauce or basted on top before cooking. It also works well as a garlicky alternative to mayonnaise in soft focaccia sandwiches or as a dip for crispy fries.
