Use the yuzu juice to flavour yuzu chilli pastes, or to dress a fresh and crunchy vegetable slaw. It’s also delicious in cocktails.  

Yuzu is traditionally used in Japanese ponzu sauce, along with soy sauce, rice vinegar and mirin. Ponzu is a fantastic dipping sauce for tuna steak.
