This balsamic glaze has a rich, fruity flavour. It’s reduced until it’s thick and syrupy, giving it a caramelised sweetness. You can use it to enhance both sweet and savoury dishes. 

The glaze is infused with the juice and purée of ripe figs. This adds an extra layer of fruity flavour. Try pairing it with cheeses like burrata and Pecorino. Or, drizzle it over crostini topped with goat’s cheese and sliced figs.

Giusti’s balsamic vinegar imparts woody, spicy notes. It gives the glaze a complex, sweet-sour flavour. Use it as a finishing touch for roast duck or a rocket and parmesan salad. It’s also delicious with vanilla ice cream.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.
