Cherry Rocher rhum babas are small, sweet yeast cakes soaked in Caribbean rum. Made using a traditional recipe, each bite is moist and delicious with a warming note from the rum syrup. Keep them in your store cupboard and you will always have a quick dessert up your sleeve. 

Serve these bite-sized rhum babas with a scoop of ice cream, Chantilly cream or tangy crème fraîche. Fresh fruit – such as raspberries or pineapple – will cut through their richness. Ready to eat straight from the jar, these babas are a grown-up treat to enjoy after dinner.
